The book was rather dull and there wer points in the book where I could have sworn I had read a few chapters earlier. There was no Able Team and as for Phoenix Force well there were only three of them and even one of them got shot. I was rather disappointed. Because of what is happening in Indonesia the story could have been a little more appetizing. -
Even though I'am only half way through the book I have to say that I'am enjoying it alot. Sure there are some slow spots like any other book. But it is cool to see the former KGB and Mack Bolan working together even though Mack does not trust them completely. But what do you expect in the alphabet soup game that our goverments play on each other. The only problem is that Yakov Katzenelebogen has not been heard from in this book, perhaps he will show up later. We will have to see. Signing off for now Arlette arlettepixley@aol.com -
The book was in general exciting but I do have to say that in moments when out of nowhere the storyline changed. Because for one moment we are in the middle of a firefight and the next thin that we know were are on the otherside of the world trying to get a shuttle into space only to be shot down by the Sky Killers. I however did like the twist at the end of the story perhaps it will be continued so we can figure out what in the world is going to happen next. -
I was surprised by this book. We finally get to see David's raw sense of humor if you can call it that. I recommend this book. -
This book broke my hart for the second time. Karl actually gave up his own life to save his friends. Wir will vermissen dich. -
This is the book where I really started to seriously read. I like Katz and all and how he had managed to survive in that hospital. While on the War Front the rest of the team had to deal with the fact that they were leaderles and I have to admit. David was starting to get on my nerves just a bit. And your right Gary is the most level headed one of them all. -
Time Bomb January 26, 2002Ther's no way about it. Karl Hahn was born to be with this team. Even though Encizo was put out of action for a while Karl was a great replacement. Too bad he didn't become more of a permenent member of the team. -
This book was great. We are introduced to Karl Hahn. What a guy. Who would of ever guessed what you could do with such an ordinary everyday object. Well Karl does. Trust me it is a good one. -
I read this book and couldn't put it down for anything. In fact the very next morning I feel asleep in class. Out of the Mack Bolan books this IS a must have. and then ending to this book is only the beginning for the new life Mack had taken on. Not everything turns out for the good and Mack has to learn that lesson all over again.
