.44 Magnum

This was a pretty good entry in the Executioner series. I liked Bolan's role camouflage and the first battle with the cop. The bad part was the car-crash scene. Pendleton said the full ferocity of the Executioner would be released and I expected more. All Bolan did was drive a car off the road and shoot six helpess, unarmed men. I could of done it. Otherwise, an okay book.

This book is a good read. I liked the hand-to-hand battle at the end between Bolan and Zalhares. It would have been better if the other members of the Scion hadn't died so quickly. Also, I was hoping for Bolan to maintain his undercover role with Gorilla Dillard longer. Overall, worth checking out.

Holy crap! This is one of the best Mack Bolan books I have ever read! The action scenes were great, the weapons were awesome, and I loved how Bolan kicked the crap out of the FARC troops in the ambush and the Chinese Special Forces at Sapedas's house. Bolan himself is intelligent, funny, caring, and emotional throughout the story. The only reason I didn't rate the book a ten was because it seemed a little out of character for Bolan to kill that guy that met with Sapedas at the car. But that was the ONLY WEAK PART!!! Go Jon Guenther, write more, please.

I loved Death Squad more than War Against the Mafia because I like it when Mack isn't alone and has comrades to help him, which is why I enjoy Stony Man books more than Executioners and Super Bolans. One of the best books in the series. My favorite Death Squad characters were Deadeye Washington and Boom Boom Hoffower.

I loved this book!!! I loved it so much because Able Team and Phoenix Force are in the same area and cooperate in many of the battles. I also liked it because of its overwhelming amount of action sequences.
