Not great but not bad either. Took a very long time for the brother to come toghter. Nice to see Bolan back kicking Mafia ass. Wish there was more of John back ground from high school to now. For me the book, just dragged a little to much. Must still a great book to read.

Hard to rate this book. It was sucked big time. You can see and feel that this is not our Mack Bolan in this Sicilian Slaughter. Killing that women on the airplane, just isn't Mack style. All the bad language and Leo taking money from the sale on the car. Very hard to read this book but since I'm reading them all in order I didn't have a choice. Thanks ice_cracked for all your reviews and info. His review tell you Everthing you need to know before you read the book. 1 star because it, just wasn't the Bolan I read in the first 15.

I was hoping for a lot better book, then the one I read. I just thought this book about Washington would have a better plot. Living in the area I just wish they would have used a lot more pubic places which everybody knows. ( The Mall, White House, etc.) I love the fake Bolan, and the hit after the car chase. Ripper Dan Aliotto was a person I would like to see more of with Mack.

Not his best book. Great battle scenes in the Bay. Good back ground on Able Team for the future. The end was a little weird for me. I think this is the first time we see his 44. Auto Mag.

The beginning with Jack Grimaldi flying him in was beautiful. That scene and the one at boat dock are my favorite in this book. We see that Jack becomes at friend to Bolan....Evita is somebody we will see again in another book later..

Wow..... What a read, great book. It starts off with Mack saving Carl life again. We are intro. To the Ranger Girls and Jack for the first time. The shoot out at the airport was a classic Bolan hit. The famous Taliferi brothers are in this book also. It's end with Hal taking a shoot at Bolan. One of my favorites...

Not a lot of ACTION in this book. The action in the snow was the best part of the whole book. We get to see a different Mack Bolan in this book. He's using his smarts in this one. Okay book not great...

It's start as soon as he gets in to New York. Shoot and bleeding. 3 beautiful girls take him in and nurse him back. One of the girls Evie Clifford becomes a turkey. The attack on Stoney Lodge was great. I really like how the end of each book takes us to the next city for a Bolan hit...

Two books in a row that I didn't like. We see Leo Turrin again in this book. You just wonder how long can he play both sides. I'm just glad he's coming back to the US. 6 stars. On to New York.

" turkey turkey turkey" we are introduce to what a turkey is in this book. Carl Lyons is back and we, with a new friend Hal Brognola. Mack find a old buddy,who's gives him a new face. I liked the old cop from town, like a old cowboy. Great book, now on to book 4....

Great follow up to the first book. I wish that some of the Death Squad members like Boom Boom and Washington lived. Then would have been great members for Phoenix Force. This book shows us where Able team all started from. I wonder when we was writing these books if we was think about AbleTeam and Phoenix Forces back then. Carl is becoming on of my favorite fiction heroes. Off to book 3 now.

This is the one that got me hooked on Mack Bolan. My older brother read them all the time. I was hooked on Phoenix Forces at the time. I'm now reading them all in order. This is a must read to give you the true story behind the man and his family. How Leo became a good friend to him and how his wife shoot Mack. Just remember the time in which this book takes place. How things were different back then.
