Nightmare in New York May 17, 2000A great novel. One of the first of his forays against Augie Marinello. From this point on the battles with the Syndicate get quite bloody and fierce. A must read... -
Chicago Wipe-Out May 17, 2000An interesting novel, not quite as good as its predecessors, but still entertaining. -
Vegas Vendetta May 17, 2000A great novel. The battles on the casino floors were quite entertaining, and the introduciton of Grimaldi at the end leads to more interesting adventures. -
Caribbean Kill May 17, 2000A great novel. This campaign was quite vicious at times, ravaging the Mafia playgrounds. Gives more substance to the Jack Grimaldi character. -
California Hit May 17, 2000Good novel, though it had a few too many plot elements... The epilogue was a good lead in to the next novel. -
Boston Blitz May 17, 2000One of the most violent books in the entire series, but the plot justifies it. The Mafioso Canabalis that holds these two dear human beings have underestimated our hero and pay for it in spades. -
Washington I.O.U. May 17, 2000A great book. The plot reveals a dark conspiracy that threatens the highest points of America's fiber. The novels twists and turns lead to a fantastic ending. -
San Diego Siege May 17, 2000A good book. The battles in this novel were well thought out and quite interesting. The entrance of the three Able Team warriors is an interesting twist in and of itself. -
Panic in Philly May 17, 2000A good read, and had some exciting plot twists. The cliffhanger was brilliant, and well-written. -
Sicilian Slaughter May 17, 2000Quite interesting, but not as great as some of the others. Much of this probably can be laid at the feet at this Peterson character, as even Mr. Pendleton himself could not stand to read more than a few pages! However, it can be a good read for those action lovers out there, as there is plenty of that. -
Jersey Guns May 17, 2000A good read. Seems to start off pretty much at the end of #15, as Pendleton did not consider Sicilian Slaughter part of the actual flow of books. -
Texas Storm May 17, 2000Great read. Another of the Bolan forays against an insidious tendril of the Mob inside one of the American institutions. This time its that of oil, and the money that can be made in it. -
Battle Mask May 17, 2000A good book. A good set up for the role camoflauge that follows in the novels, as well as gives Bolan the "Frankie" name. I would suggest it for anyone... -
Continental Contract May 17, 2000Not as good as its predecessors, but it is quite interesting. The first novel set in a foreign land, the twists and turns could be somewhat confusing. If I had a choice, I would recommend that readers read from the beginning of the series to gain a background before reading this novel. -
Assault on Soho May 17, 2000The British campaign in the original 38, this book was better than the fifth novel. Had a few intriguing turns and plot elements. A must read. -
War Against the Mafia May 11, 2000A great read. This novel gives a preview of what is to come: Interesting reading.
