A luxury Jamaican tourist resort turns into a death trap when a vacationing American senator's daughter is murdered. When her body is then used to unleash chemical warfare on the U.S., it's clear this wasn't just a random crime. It was a message, and Mack Bolan intends to respond. Tracking the bioterrorist behind the gruesome attack back to the Jamaican ghettos quickly turns into a deadly chase. Bolan soon finds himself the target of the island's most lethal gang. But they aren't the only ones prepared to kill to protect their secrets. There is another high-powered operator in the game, and the Executioner is determined to take him out, even if it means bringing the battle back to Washington.

Excellent read here which will certainly keep you entertained if you give this one a go. Loved the original plot and the many original things I read in this title and also found myself liking more and more of the authors writing style continuing on from his previous title. Some good characters included in the Jamaican section of the title and the black magic/voodoo sections are a hoot. The plot eventually leads back to the States and to the Mr. Big behind the whole affair and it is a surprise when you find out who it is but some fine reading to be had. Was gonna rate this one a nine but and this is being super critical maybe the finishing sections got a bit James Bondish and maybe the author got the Bear and Hal mixed up with what he had Hal doing but hey it doesn't distract much from a fine read in the series. A page turner … this is the quickest I've read one of these in sometime. While I enjoy most of the Bolan series books, some are very entertaining. This is one. As with a few of the Bolan books, this one seemed very much like a James Bond novel. Bolan begins to hunt down the responsible party of murdering a young girl and using her body for a terrorist attack on a senator. However, the author takes us for quite a ride as the story takes shape. No one could've seen the end coming in this one, and except for a few highly unbelievable moments (the coast guard guard letting Bolan and company on the base at the end), this would've been in my personal "top 10" Bolan adventures.
